Day 01 Auckland/Singapore

Make your own way to Auckland International airport for afternoon flight to Singapore. Free at leisure.

Day 02 Singapore/Shanghai

Connect for flight to Shanghai, meet and greet and transfer to hotel. Free at leisure for rest of the day.

Day 03 Shanghai/ Wuxi (B/L/D)

Take morning drive to Wuxi, a shining pearl on Taihu Lake, named the “land of milk and honey”. Take cruise on the Grand Canal. With a history of 1,400 years and a length of 1,794 kilometers, it is one of the world’s oldest canals and is the longest man-made river in the world. This canal excursion will be a precious memory of Wuxi. Disembark to visit Qingming Bridge and Porcelain Kilns Museum. Dinner is delicious Wuxi spare ribs-a local delicacy.

Day 04 Wuxi/Hangzhou (B/L/D)

After breakfast, visit Lingshan Grand Buddha. Towering 88 meters tall and is the tallest standing Buddha in the world. The statue represents Sakyamuni, founder of Buddhism, and was based on records from the Buddhist scriptures. It is a national art treasure that integrates culture, art, and religion. The Grand Buddha is merciful and looks upon all living creatures with a blessing and a smile. The newly opened Fan Palace is a spectacular building to commemorate the Second World Buddhist Forum held in November last year and is the main venue for the Forum. After visiting Pearl Breeding Center, board coach to Hangzhou.

Day 05 Hangzhou (B/L/D)

In the morning, take a cruise on West Lake, regarded as China’s most beautiful lake. Visit Viewing Fish in the Flowering Harbor, one of the “Ten Scenes of the West Lake” that are distributed around the lake, and showcase the beauty of the lake. Proceed to the authentic Dragon Well Tea Plantation and Leifeng Pagoda, the inspiration of the mystical and magical myth fable between Xuxian and Baisuzhen.Dinner served is Beggar’s Chicken.

Day 06 Hangzhou/Wuzhen/Suzhou (B/L/D)

After breakfast drive to a typical Jiangnan water town- Wuzhen, The ancient docks, waterside pavilions, and corridors stretch for miles and create a romantic atmosphere. Travel to Suzhou, a famous garden city with picturesque scenery. Upon arrival, visit Suzhou Museum, the final design of Mr. I. M. Pei in his career. It is not only a public construction symbol in Suzhou, but also an innovative symbol bridging traditional Oriental architectural culture to the future.

Day 07 Suzhou/Shanghai (B/L/D)

Visit to Masters of Nets Garden. The great architectural achievement has a mood of tranquility and harmony that this humble garden embodies. Then visit Tiger Hill and finish at the Silk Factory. Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 08 Shanghai (B/D)

Full day visit to the World Expo. It is the largest expo with 193 countries and international institutions that showcase their history, culture and exchange innovative ideas to work in unison for a brighter future.

Day 09 Shanghai/Departure (B)

After breakfast, time for last minute shopping in Nanjing Road prior to transfer to the Maglev Train(speeds up to 430 kph) to Pudong International Airport for departure flight. Overnight on board.
