Day 1. New Zealand/Sydney/Guangzhou (Welcome Dinner)

Fly from New Zealand to Sydney, connecting with China Southern Airlines CZ326@0950/1700 to Guangzhou, the important trading centre in China. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel. Welcome dinner to sample Golden Roasted Piglet.

Day 2. Guangzhou/Dali (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning flight to Dali. Standing against the Canshan Mountains in the west and adjoining the Erhai Lake in the east, visit The Erhai Park, The Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and Butterfly Spring. And visit the old town of Dali, known as “ state of literature” which has a long history and splendid culture.

Day 3. Dali/Lijiang (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning, visit Bai Village and enjoy its famous Three Tea dancing show. Coach journey to Lijiang. After lunch. On the way, you will see the natural countryside scenery, and visit Xinhua Minority Village. Take a walk along the street of the old town of Dayan, you will see a combination of human being, nature and culture. Dayan Town has been on the list of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites since 1997.Afterwards, we will wander through the cobbled streets.

Day 4. Lijiang (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

In the morning, you will visit Baisha Mural, and Dongba Culture Museum, where you will learn about the well-preserved Naxi minority’s people’s culture. Continue to visit Black Dragon Pool Park. After lunch, you will take cable car up to Yunshan glass land. You have chance to enjoy Naxi minority dancing show. Afterwards, visit Yufeng Monastery, you can see hundred-thousand Camellia trees here. Followed by visit Ganhaizi(High glassland) and White Water Lake.

Day 5. Lijiang/Shangri-la(Zhongdian)( Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning drive to Zhongdian ,250km away. On the way, you will pass Shigu (Stone Drum) County, see the First Bend of Yangtze River, and Tiger Leaping Gorge, which is one of the most dangerous and deepest Canyons in the world.

Day 6. Shangri-la(Zhongdian) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning visit Huge Napahai and Bitahai Lakes, the water spreads away fare below while yaks graze at the shore. After lunch, we will visit Songzanlin Monastery one of the 13 famous Yellow Hat Tibetan Monastery in Tibet areas constructed following an edict by the fifth Dalai and Emperor Kangxi in 1679. Afterwards we visit Tibetan village.

Day 7. Shangri-la / Kunming (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning flight to Kunming, proceed to visit West Hill and Dragon Gate. Afterwards we visit Daguan Park. Transfer to hotel after dinner.

Day 8. Kunming/Jiuxiang/Stone Forest (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning drive to Jiuxiang and visit Jiuxiang Caves, it is the largest cave cluster both in quantity and scale in China, boasting the home of caves as well as a national AAAA scenic area. Continues drive to Stone Forest

Day 9. Stone Forest/Kunming (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning, visit Stone Forest, knows as “No.1 wonder under heaven”, is the highest karst terrain in the world. Return to Kunming in the afternoon. On the way, we visit ‘Colourful Yunan’- a Jade store.

Day 10. Kunming/ Guangzhou (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning visit famous Dounan Flower Market, then transfer to Kunming airport for flight to Guangzhou. Dinner will be enjoyed Piglet banquet followed by boat trip in Zhujiang.

Day 11. Guangzhou/Departure (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner )

Morning visit Chen Family Ancestral Hall, Liwan Museum, 9 steps Pedestrian Street, Yuexiu Park and Zhongxin Square. Transfer to Guangzhou airport for your flight CZ325 to Sydney.

Day 12. Sydney/New Zealand

Morning, arrival Sydney, connecting flight back home. End of Service. We sincerely trust you had an enjoyable time in China.
