Guilin has been the inspiration to artists for centuries. The backdrop of the Li River cruise with the dramatic Karst jagged peaks of the Lingnan Mountain Range. The natural beauty of the Karst basin, is home to many ethnic groups of China. The favourable subtropical climate makes it an ideal destination year round.
Day 1: Arrival Guilin
Upon arrival in Guilin, your tour guide will meet you and transfer you to 4* Guilin Plaza, or similar, for two nights.
Day 2: Guilin - Yanghuo Meal: B/L/D
The highlight of Guilin is the Li River cruise, a 5-6 hours cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo passing through various strange and wonderful mountain formations. Disembark in Yangshuo, a quaint village with ample time to roam the local market.
Day 3: Guilin departure Meal: B
Start the day on a tour of Reed Flute Cave, a fascinating limestone cave with a dazzling variety of stalactite and stalagmite formations. Climb Fubo Hill and Elephant Trunk Hill before transfer to the airport for your fl ight, or onward journey.
